Event Description Title Date - mm/dd/yyyy Description Minnesota Speech and Debate Qualifying Tournament – March 4th, 5th, & 6th, 2010 in Collegeville. An NCFCA Speech and Debate Qualifying Tournament Anyone is welcome to come and watch – or even judge a round! Ten speech events and two types of debate will be happening throughout the three-day tournament. If you're new to competitive speech and debate, students can learn a lot by watching – and parents learn a lot by judging. This is a great opportunity for families to get involved together.
