Home School Legal Defense Association is a nonprofit advocacy organization established to defend and advance the constitutional right of parents to direct the education of their children and to protect family freedoms. Through annual memberships, HSLDA is tens of thousands of families united in service together, providing a strong voice when and where needed.

The Minnesota Association of Christian Home Educators was formed in 1983 to encourage Christian families in the home education of their children.MACHE (pronounced "Mah-shay'") is a statewide, facilitating organization for all parents who have chosen to homeschool. MACHE is a Minnesota non-profit corporation, tax exempt under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code

NATHHAN National Challenged Homeschoolers Associated Network NATHHAN'S GOAL and PURPOSE: To encourage homeschooling families with special needs children, in ways that glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and to find Christian homes for children with special needs.

The Home School Foundation was founded by the Home School Legal Defense Association and is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation initially established in 1992 to promote home schooling and bless the home school movement. While our original focus was on helping other home school groups, God has since expanded our vision to include needy families within the home school community.

Homeschool.com was created to empower parents to create the ideal school for their child at home! Homeschool.com’s founding principle is to consistently provide resources, information, and support to all homeschooling families.

The Minnesota Catholic Home Education Conference is a great place to get information on  Catholic Home Education. The ninth-annual conference and curriculum fair is June 1-2. Check out their speakers and workshops.

Minnesota Homeschoolers' Alliance (MHA) Homeschoolers.org is a statewide organization that provides information and support to homeschooling families. The group started out informally in 1982. MHA incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 1991, and has been extending a helping hand to Minnesota homeschoolers ever since.

NHELD is a national organization whose purpose is to retain, and regain where necessary, freedom from interference by local, state, and federal government in the education of children by their parents.
